Traffic Advisory: at about 1534H traffic build up at Km 12+875 Southbound due to 20 sacks of rice accidentally fell down from Isuzu Elf. passable lane 1 and 2 our EFAD and Patrol officers  excerted effort to clear the area. at about 1612H the area was cleared all lanes passable no Injured person.
